The Summit staff is a team of professionals. Our owners have decades of combined experience in the medical industry and live minutes from the facility. Summit maintains a much higher amount of staff per resident than our competitors, ensuring that each caretaker oversees a maximum of only three residents.
All of our nurses, therapists, and clinicians, strive to form real relationships - acknowledging the importance of emotional as well as physical support. These genuine, caring, and hard working individuals work around the clock to keep your family member safe and healthy. Our caretakers provide constant feedback to management to help determine the exact needs of our patients and develop unique care options.

About the Owners:
Summit Senior Living was founded in December of 2021, by lifelong friends Debbie and Dana. After Dana’s mom was diagnosed with dementia, Debbie suggested they combine their expertise to create a warm, supportive home where memory care patients receive the best possible care. After just a few years, we're now considered one of the best assisted living facilities in Yavapai County.
